TELEPOINT became the first and only colocation center in Bulgaria with ISO certificates for quality and safety

Director of Bureau Veritas Certification for Bulgaria Mr. Kalin Panev awarded international ISO certificates the manager of TELEPOINT Ltd., Mr. Andon Zlatev.

Certificates of quality standards (ISO 9001) and Information Security (ISO / IEC 27001) are issued under the most prestigious accreditation in the world - UKAS (United Kingdom).

The service was conducted immediately after the annual conference on information security at the Radisson Hotel, Sofia, Bulgaria.

TELEPOINT became the first and only data center in Bulgaria certified to both standards.

During it's year and a half operation on the market of colocation services, TELEPOINT managed to become a major point of interconnection between customers and operators in the Balkans and the region, and is the only colocation center where all major Sofia, Bulgaria's optical suppliers (more than 70) have established optical connectivity.

Designed and secured with 2x(N +1) redundant systems, with uncompromising separation of all the support systems on two completely independent branches, containing no Single Points of Failure, TELEPOINT Colocation Center continues to be the only neutral, independent, Tier 3+ colocation/data center in Bulgaria.

Recently the company launched a new service, unique for Bulgaria - Private Suites. These are individual, virtual private data centers, where even TELEPOINT staff have access only with prior consent of the client.

With sales growth for the last two quarters of over 100 percent, the company expects by the end of 2010 to sell at least another 1000 square meters of colocation footprints (TELEPOINT building has 5000 square meters area). 2 months ago TELEPOINT celebrated the company's customer number 200, which received very favorable conditions.
